Membership Registration Terms and Conditions

1. All the payments done for Membership Registrations are Non-Refundable only. 
2. All data stored will be use for alerts, updates and sharing information from and/or on behalf of Gandhinagar Cultural Forum Activities.
3. Documents uploaded (ID Proofs) will be used only for internal purpose and will not be shared with any 3rd party organisations. 
4. Currently only online Membership registration is activated which are 100% non-refundable.
5. Membership registration is counted valid only if 100% payment is received depending upon the numbers of members chosen during registration.
6. Once online membership registration is successful, Organisation will update registered member for the ID card and/or any other document related to membership.
7. Registration confirmation mails will be counted as receipts only, so organisation will not provide any other receipt and/or bill for the same.
8. In case of offline registration, Kindly visit Gandhinagar Cultural Forum office on 684/1, Sector 8, Gandhinagar Gujarat address. We do not collect form or fees from any other outlets.
9. membership Registration tenure is for 1 year only and subscription/membership fees are collected according to that tenure only. Tenure starts from 01/04/2022 to 31/03/2023. Fees and Membership details are already mentioned on the registration page.
10. All the above terms and conditions are applicable to all members who are registering online and/or offline.

12. Once registration is successful, you will receive a mail from [email protected] with your submitted form details. Members/users are requested to please enter valid email id and also do check our mail in spam folders also.
13. Only Registration link https://www.gcfgandhinagar.com/membership-registration-for-the-tenure-01-04-2022-to-31-03-2023/ is a valid link for membership registration. www.gcfgandhinagar.com is official authorised website for Gandhinagar Cultural Forum. We do not take any responsibility for payments done to any other websites/payment gateways. All users have to register using above link and/or website only.
